Hear It From Me

I am a MAC and Chanel Cosmetics trained artist with nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry. Over the years I have worked with people of all backgrounds and walks of life, from celebrities and models to brides-to-be, body builders and teenage prom queens. I worked as part of the Chanel UK team, and was lucky enough to be personally trained by celebrity artist Sharon Dowsett in London. Working as part of the Chanel Elite team was a real eye-opener and a challenge – and taught me many of my techniques and styles that I still use today. It was always my goal to eventually set up my own business. Since doing so I’ve worked with some fantastic people, and continue to develop the range of services I offer to my customers. When not actively engaged in working with clients, I am a newspaper and online columnist with a column called The Powder Room. In my column I cover all manner of topics, from makeup styles, cosmetic camouflage, strobing, stage makeup, celebrity styles and new product reviews from leading brands.
